Avenues Walk

My boss at church, Wayne, told us yesterday that there is supposed to be a big new retail/residential/office complex going in about a mile from the church called "Avenues Walk." Among other things, it will boast the largest Wal-mart in the country, and over 1,000 residences. Apparently the developers are negotiating access rights to church property during the building phase.
