What I like about my employer

  • We have a very long and consistent history of helping hurting Christians.
  • We are balanced!!! We avoid the extremes which exist all too often in Christian ministries that try to help people… either so “method” and “formula” oriented that they are virtually indistinguishable from secular help… or so “spiritual” that they are completely irrelevant to the day-to-day life that people actually lead. New Life brings the “spiritual” and the “practical” together in a real, living, authentic, powerful, seamless, and seemingly effortless way… although it is anything but. A true art. A gem.
  • We don’t pretend to have all the answers or to have it all together.
  • We are not afraid to take risks… either in the issues we address, or the methods we use.
We don’t get married to anything. If it isn’t working anymore we let it go and embrace change. We are unflinchingly contemporary.
  • A radio program that excels far beyond any other Christian call-in show.
  • A steady stream of timely, accessible, and life-changing books and resources.
  • Our employees are awesome. Professional, love God, love people, sophisticated (in a good way!), and good team players and co-workers. Many of my best friends over the years have come from this company.
  • We have a great HR director!
  • As a coach, I appreciate being able to work out of my house, having the people I coach give me a lot of up-front trust because of who my employer is, having the privilege of focusing my time on coaching vs marketing, and the openness that has been shown to my ideas regarding the variety of coaching styles and topics I engage in.
  • I am blessed!

As usual...sussinct and eloquent. Mine was much too touchy..feely warm and fuzzy. Think that is the reflection of the personality of the author or authoress? LOL
